Payment & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with North Bay Games and Hobbies. Below are the terms and conditions regarding payments and the shipping of your orders.

1. Payment Policy

We strive to make your checkout experience as secure and straightforward as possible.

• Accepted Methods of Payment: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Debit/Interac, and North Bay Games and Hobbies Gift Cards. For online orders, we also support secure digital wallets where available.
• Currency: All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Billing Security: To protect our customers, all credit card transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Your billing information must match the address on file with your financial institution to prevent delays.
• Taxes: Sales tax is applied based on the shipping destination within Canada (HST/GST/PST as applicable).

2. Store Pickup Policy

We're currently working on setting up our catalogue online and can only support in store pick up at the moment.

• Most orders are processed within 1 business day if the product is in stock.
• For special orders, we will give you a call once the item is ready for pick up.

3. Shipping Restrictions & Pre-Orders

• Pre-Orders: If your order contains a "Pre-Order" item (such as a new Magic: The Gathering set or a Games Workshop release), the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is available for pick-up. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

North Bay Games and Hobbies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
