NBGH is a retail business specializing in board games, miniatures, TCGs, RPGs, hobby supplies, and plastic model kits.

• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in CAD. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
• Payment: Payments are processed securely at the time of purchase.

3. Loyalty Program

While we do not offer paid subscription plans, we provide a Loyalty Program.

• Eligibility: Customers may sign up for the program upon making a purchase.
• Terms: Points are accrued based on spend and can be redeemed for rewards as defined in-store or on the Site. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.

There are currently no sweepstakes, contests, or giveaways offered through the Site. Should this change, specific official rules will be provided at that time.
